While Rick is not only passionate about the “local church,” he is also passionate about Christianity at large in living the real deal! Rick has written the following as his own personal vision statement:
“The greatest invitations of Jesus to His ‘Bride’ … is for Her to be built up (Ephesians 4:12) into a ‘display of His splendour’ (Isaiah 61:3), and therefore able to walk in freedom (Galatians 5:1). But the ‘Bride’ has a choice (John 10:10) to listen and follow the Good Shepherd’s voice, and then to love God with all of who She is in the five areas of Her life (Mark 12:29-31), so She can become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Jesus (Ephesians 4:13)!”
Reaching this goal can’t be done with just Pastors and Teachers alone! The Church, as a whole, needs the alternative expressions of the Apostolic, Prophetic and Evangelistic gifts (A.P.E.) to help the church break free from the “cages” that prevent Her from being all She can be in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 4:11)!
The A.P.E. Alternative, therefore, uses objective intervention to help leaders, churches, ministries, and denominations find greater fullness in Christ (Ephesians 4:13) so that all of God’s people can experience greater “wholeness, freedom, and release” (Isaiah 61:1) from what has kept them captive! The primary mission for the A.P.E. Alternative in 2024 & 2025 will be:
