Acts 17:24-27 … “The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by human hands. And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything. Rather, he himself gives everyone life and breath and everything else. From one man, he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth, and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands. God did this so that they would Seek Him and perhaps Reach out for Him and Find Him, though he is not far from any one of us.”
God wants us at inSPIRE Church to inspire (pun intended) people to SRF … Seek God’s ways, perhaps Reach out to Him, and Find Him.
But did you also notice that God is not confined to man-made temples (i.e., church buildings)?
At inSPIRE Church, we will endeavour to connect, meet, and fellowship with God and with each other indoors and in the great outdoors that surround us! A vibrant relationship with God was never meant to be just on Sunday morning in a church building—it’s way more than that!
And so, perhaps the challenge of Acts 17:24, 27 is to help people SRF! Combined with the incarnational meaning of “The Three Sisters,” another inspirational way to state our mission statement at inSPIRE Church is that we want to help people who are deep down …
