I hope you had a chance to read this entire web site. It will really give you a great sense of Our History, Who we are, Our Vision and Mission, Our Values, Our Beliefs and what makes inSPIRE Church a bit unique in the Bow Valley!
We are all about the “journey”. Life is a journey! Kind of like playing the great game of golf – especially if at Silver Tip Golf Course. Some shots are amazing and go where you want to. But sometimes you end up in the bunker and you can’t seem to get out – even though you can still see the beautiful views. Life can be like that where everything seems to be going the way you want. But sometimes, and whether you planned it or not, or it was your mistake, you end up in the “bunker of life” where you can’t seem to get out. That’s why it’s way better to journey in life with a faith community. And we believe a faith community in God is the best way to do it because there is no one quite like Jesus! Ask Pastor Rick about his “Hockey Court Room Analogy” one time that perfectly explains why Jesus is truly a Savior. He is the only one who can get you out of some of the bunkers of life you simply can’t seem to get out of.
The bottom line is this for us at inSPIRE Church – that life is a journey and it is meant to be a beautiful one! But for far too long, Christianity has been “fragmented” – meaning we tend to focus on just the “spiritual things” while neglecting the other key areas of our lives. God calls us to love Him with ALL of who we are in the 5 areas of our lives – Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Relational and Emotional. That’s the inSPIRE journey and we need to be intentional about it! That’s a significant difference at inSPIRE Church – we want to explore what it takes to find true wholeness in Christ!
